I have found that balance is the key to long term success. Implementing the three principles of weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and the proper nutrition is the correct approach to attain any fitness related goal. Balanced weight training programs will increase strength, balance and coordination, and will also increase your resting metabolism. Cardio will improve heart function and ability to utilize more oxygen while promoting fat loss. Most importantly, providing your body with the proper nutrition will give you the fuel necessary for living every day to the fullest. Coupled with hard work and holding you accountable, these three components working in unison will make any fitness goal attainable!
Since 2004 I have helped many different people with varying backgrounds reach their fitness goals. Some of which have been with clients who have Type I and II Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, joint issues, and lower back issues. At the end of the day it is my job to help you regain control of your life. 8 of my 12 years training are specializing in medical fitness for a local hospital. I look forward to helping you!
With multiple years of fitness industry management, I have seen the good as well as the bad in all of the facilities I have managed. I factored all these pros and cons from the years in the fitness industry and formed this product with the most talented team I have ever been a part of. I oversee all aspects of the facility operations and ensure our product gives our clients their results. Even though I handle operations I have an extensive background in fitness besides being a certified trainer. I wrestled at Notre Dame College where I was a 2011 National Champion, 2x All-American, 3x Academic All-American and was a part of five national title teams. I know what it takes to achieve a goal and it is imperative all of our clients have a positive experience achieving their goals.
Dylan is a Certified Strength in Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Mount Union. During his collegiate career Dylan played four years of football and won a national championship with his team. Dylan is your choice if you're interested in getting your son/daughter to maximize their results as an athlete. He also is a certified trainer and can assist you on any type of training.

Greer is passionate about teaching others the importance of proper nutrition and fitness, which together go hand in hand. She holds a B.S. Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Dayton and is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has experience working with people of all different ages, injuries and goals helping each individual overcome any and all obstacles that stand between them and a healthier lifestyle. She believes you can do anything you set your mind to; always believe in yourself and never give up.
North Canton Location
A graduate of Kent State, Shawn works to help with very specific or broad ambitions, helping each individual overcome obstacles that stand between them and the lifestyle they desire. Shawn has been a driven athlete from the time he was young, possessing the drive to accomplish any task ahead of him. With an Ohio State title in wrestling and over 7 years of coaching under his belt, he has an extensive background working with athletes of all ages and fitness levels. He's able to push his trainees in a way that gets them excited to work towards, and exceed, their goals. With the extensive knowledge he has in the health world, he is ready and excited to work with you to succeed in all your fitness goals.

Kyle received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Ashland University and is pursuing his Master's in Exercise Physiology from The University of Akron. He is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. Kyle has been involved in many team sports throughout his life including wrestling where he was a 4x State Placer and State Champion. He wrestled at Ashland University. Kyle also enjoys Assault Bike training, being outdoors, and volunteering to help other wrestlers achieve their dream of being a great athlete in the classroom and in their sport.

Paris has always had a passion for leading a fit and healthy lifestyle! She was a 2016 Graduate of the College of Wooster where she competed four years of track as a sprinter. She is currently a sprint and strength coach at The College of Wooster. During her track and field career as an NCAC champion, positive role model for her teammates, and now showing them how to achieve personal goals. Paris encouraged and taught teammates how to properly fuel the body for training and recovery. She is also a fitness instructor at the YMCA in Navarre and at Flex Yoga in Wooster. Empowering and showing others the importance of nutrition and fitness is the fuel that drives her. She understands that complacency can affect anyone. Her mission is to help others overcome this roadblock by showing them that their future has no boundaries. She believes that “barriers exist only to be broken and replaced with the infinite possibilities of new found potential”. Paris is loves to teach individuals, at any fitness level, how to achieve their fitness goals.
I am graduate from the University of Mount Union with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. With 7 years of experience in personal training, I have dealt with a variety of clients with many different fitness goals. During my football career at Mount Union, I suffered from four herniated discs in my lower back which lead diminished athlete performance and quality of life. This is what lead to my passion in rehab based training. In addition to injury based rehab, I have also taken pride in being able to help cancer survivors regain strength and functionality to improve their quality of life. Whoever I work with, it is my goal to provide an environment that will help lead to the client’s success and achievement of their personalized fitness goal.

Athletes can expect to focus on fundamentals and drills to help develop quickness, agility, power, and strength. Running form will be critiqued to minimize fundamental and mechanical errors.
For weight loss
Clients can expect resistance and aerobic training that will help build muscle and lose fat. Outside the gym, exercises and nutritional tips will be given to help guide the client to reach their goals.
Alyssa is a graduate from The University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship through Andrews University and became a registered dietitian in June of 2015. She is an advocate of lifestyle change, not diet. She believes in empowering each person to form a healthy relationship with food and love what they eat. She will be meeting with clients Wednesday and Thursday from 4-7 P.M.
